四川省是全国率先实行公选领导干部的省份之一,实施统筹公选更是全国首创,一度被外界称为中组部的“试验田”。17年来,先后集中组织开展大规模公选7次,市县两级组织开展公选650多次,面向社会公开选拔各级领导干部近万人,其中厅级领导干部114名、县处级领导干部733名、科级领导干部上万名。 Sichuan Province is one of the provinces that took the lead in implementing elected cadres in the whole country. The implementation of overall public election is the first in the country and was once known as the “experimental field” of the Central Organization Department by the outside world. In the past 17 years, CNOOC has organized and conducted large-scale public elections seven times in succession. Municipal and county organizations have conducted public elections more than 650 times, and have publicly selected nearly 10,000 leading cadres at all levels, including 114 departmental-level leading cadres and county-level leaders 733 cadres, tens of thousands of leading cadres at the section level.
