降肌汤合复方ɑ-酮酸片治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的:观察降肌汤联合复方α-酮酸片治疗糖尿病肾病(Ⅳ期)的临床疗效。方法:将56例糖尿病肾病(Ⅳ期)患者随机分成两组,对照组予以复方α-酮酸片口服,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上煎服降肌汤。疗程为2个月,观察患者临床症状、体征及检测患者治疗前后血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)及24 h尿蛋白的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率96.43%,对照组为85.71%,两组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前后Cr、BUN及24 h尿蛋白比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);两组治疗后Cr、BUN及24 h尿蛋白比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:降肌汤联合复方α-酮酸片治疗糖尿病肾病(Ⅳ期)比单纯西药能更有效地降低尿蛋白,改善患者症状、体征及肾功能。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiangji Decoction combined with a-ketoacid tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (stage Ⅳ). Methods: Fifty-six patients with diabetic nephropathy (stage Ⅳ) were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was orally administered with a-ketoacid tablets. The treatment group was given Jiangyi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 2 months. The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients and the changes of serum creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and 24 h urine protein before and after treatment were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 96.43% in the treatment group and 85.71% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The differences of Cr, BUN and 24 h urine protein between the two groups before and after treatment were significant ). The differences of Cr, BUN and 24 h urine protein between the two groups after treatment were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jiangji Decoction combined with compound α-ketoacid tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (Ⅳ) can lower urinary protein more effectively and improve symptoms, signs and renal function than pure western medicine.
