为了探索杉木、马尾松和檫树种子在实验室发芽和场圃发芽的变化规律及其相关性,我们于1984年4月19日至 5月27日,在浙江林学院校内苗圃和实验室进行了发芽对比试验。 一、试验方法与条件 (-)试验种子样品的调制:杉木种子来自临安县横畈林场种子园,马尾松为临海县普通种子,分别把它们置于40℃和50℃、相对湿度100%的恒温箱内,以加速种子老化,然后每隔6天取出一份种子,十次取完,从而将种子调制成具有不同发芽能力的十份样品;檫树种子来自临安、余姚、新昌、诸暨、富阳、仙居、宁海、上虞、东阳、奉化等地,共18份,每份种子为一个试验样品。
