全血低钙组中TG(39.23%vs16.16%,P<0.05)、LDL-C(64.62%vs44.44%,P<0.05)异常升高发生率明显高于全血钙正常组,而TC、HDL-C比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
Objective To investigate the relationship between low blood calcium and serum lipids in whole blood. Methods A total of 916 healthy people were tested for serum calcium and serum lipids, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The incidence of low calcium in whole blood was 56.77%. The levels of cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in whole blood low calcium group were significantly higher than those in normal control group P <0.05), HDL-C was significantly lower than that of normal whole blood calcium group (P <0.05). The incidence of abnormal increase of LDL-C (64.62% vs44.44%, P <0.05) was significantly higher in whole blood low-calcium group than in normal whole blood calcium group (39.23% vs16.16%, P <0.05) TC, HDL-C, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The abnormal serum lipid metabolism is related to the occurrence of hypocalcemia in whole blood. It is effective in preventing and treating dyslipidemia, reducing the occurrence of hypocalcemia or calcium deficiency in whole blood, and reducing the occurrence of chronic diseases associated with calcium deficiency.
