华东某冶金公司高炉煤气压缩机站机组于1986年年初正式投入工业性运转不久,其中一台4L-40/4型少油润滑煤气压缩机的一级活塞杆完全断裂,幸而操作者听到异常响声后及时停机,才避兔了事故的扩展。 通过现场凋查分析和断裂实物的观测,认为活塞杆的断裂是由以下几个原因所致: 1.气缸进水,出现严重的“液击”现象 该公司高炉煤气中含水含尘量较大(机械水含量高达25g/Nm~3),在气体进入煤气压缩机前没有两级脱水除尘装置(不包括压缩机配带的进气过滤器),靠近煤气压缩机配置着文
