本文对柴油机调速用比例电磁铁式执行器的结构和工作原理进行了分析,使用Maxwell软件和Simplorer仿真软件建立了电磁执行器模型,模拟电磁执行器突加、突泄电压时的动态响应时间和在不同电压情况下的电磁执行器响应时间,将仿真结果与实际测量的响应时间进行了对比和分析,并分析了线圈匝数,运动件质量等参数与动态响应时间的关系,试验验证了建立的电磁执行器模型和动态特性仿真的正确性。
In this paper, the structure and working principle of proportional electromagnet actuator for diesel engine speed regulation are analyzed. The electromagnetic actuator model is established by using Maxwell software and Simplorer simulation software to simulate the dynamic response time of electromagnetic actuator sudden increase and sudden discharge voltage And the response time of the electromagnetic actuator under different voltage are compared and analyzed. The simulation results are compared with the actual measurement response time, and the relationship between the parameters such as the number of turns, the mass of moving parts and the dynamic response time is analyzed.
