为分析区域用水结构与经济发展的协调性问题和响应关系,以各行业用水消耗水平、可持续发展水平、居民生活用水结构水平为参考给出用水结构评价指标,以产业结构高度化水平、区域科技发展水平、对外开放水平、能耗水平为参考给出产业结构评价指标,构建了区域用水结构与产业结构协调评价体系,建立了区域用水结构与产业结构的协调度评价模型。并对全国经济及水资源原始数据进行处理计算,用层次分析法和熵值法确定指标权重代入协调度评价模型,获得了全国用水结构与产业机构协调度水平排名。结果表明,全国用水结构与产业结构基本协调,产业结构水平不容乐观,部分地区尤其是水资源丰富地区用水结构亟待合理化,建议应调整产业结构、优化用水结构。
In order to analyze the coordination problem and response relationship between water use structure and economic development in the region, the evaluation index of water use structure is given with reference to the water consumption level, sustainable development level and living water structure level of each industry. With the high industrial structure level, Science and technology development level, the level of opening up, the level of energy consumption as a reference for the evaluation of industrial structure indicators, the construction of a regional water use structure and industrial structure of the coordinated evaluation system, the establishment of regional water structure and industrial structure of the coordination evaluation model. The original data of the national economy and water resources are processed and calculated. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method are used to determine the weight of the indicator, which is used to evaluate the coordination degree. The ranking of the coordination degree of water use structure and industrial organization is obtained. The results show that water use structure and industrial structure are basically coordinated and the industrial structure level is not optimistic. Water use structure in some areas, especially in water-rich areas, needs to be rationalized urgently. It is suggested that industrial structure should be readjusted and water use structure be optimized.
