目的积极探索乙型病毒性肝炎预防控制措施,为乙肝综合防制提供科学依据。方法建立以临沂市罗庄区医院为基础的新生儿预防接种室、预防接种门诊,提高乙肝疫苗及时接种率,推广全民接种乙肝疫苗;广泛开展乙肝相关知识宣传教育;加强部门合作提高新生儿乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率;发放乙肝疫苗接种三联单提高儿童乙肝疫苗全程及时接种率;对乙肝患者进行回顾性调查。结果居民乙肝相关知识知晓率明显上升,0~4岁儿童乙肝疫苗全程接种率、首针及时接种率、全程及时接种率均显著提高,HBsAg携带率明显降低,尤其是全区0~60岁居民HBsAg携带率由研究实施前的9.92%降至实施后的6.46%,其差异有非常显著的统计学意义(χ2=20.71,P<0.005),乙肝患者诊疗费用是乙肝疫苗接种费用的130余倍,具有非常显著的经济效益。结论该研究的实施具有非常显著的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,为乙型病毒性肝炎的综合防制探索出一种科学的、行之有效的新途径、新模式,为制订乙型肝炎综合防制免疫措施和策略提供了科学依据。
Objective To actively explore prevention and control measures of hepatitis B virus and provide a scientific basis for comprehensive prevention and control of hepatitis B. Methods To establish a newborn immunization room, vaccination clinic, improve the timely vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine and popularize hepatitis B vaccine for all people based on the hospital in Luozhuang District, Linyi City; publicize and educate hepatitis B related knowledge extensively; strengthen cooperation between departments to improve neonatal hepatitis B Vaccination of the first needles promptly vaccination rate; hepatitis B vaccination triple triple vaccine to improve timely coverage of the whole process of hepatitis B vaccine; hepatitis B patients were retrospectively investigated. Results The awareness rate of hepatitis B related knowledge among residents was significantly increased. The whole-course vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine, the timely first-dose inoculation rate and timely vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine were significantly increased in children aged 0-4 years, and the carrier rate of HBsAg was significantly decreased, especially among residents aged 0-60 in the district The HBsAg carrier rate decreased from 9.92% before the implementation to 6.46% after the implementation, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 20.71, P <0.005).
