从孕产妇静脉血中提取胎儿有核红细胞的检测方法是产前诊断胎儿遗传性疾病的最佳途径之一。沈阳市妇婴医院随机选择了30例7-26周的孕产妇,采用Kleihauer染色法标记胎儿有核红细胞。结果表明,Kleihauer法能检测到胎儿有核红细胞的最早期为孕8周,从孕8-20周,母血中胎儿有核红细胞数量与孕周有显著直线相关性,母体血循环中胎儿细胞的比例随孕龄增加。
One of the best ways of prenatal diagnosis of fetal genetic diseases is to detect fetal nucleated erythrocytes from venous blood of pregnant women. Shenyang City Maternal and Child Hospital randomly selected 30 cases of pregnant women of 7-26 weeks, the use of Kleihauer staining marked fetal erythroblasts.
