员工尤其是优秀的高素质的员工是企业的主体,也是企业价值提升的载体。商业银行要提升自身的企业价值,就应当不断地为员工创造价值,增强员工对企业的归属感和使命感,发挥员工的积极性、主动性和创造性。
Employees, especially outstanding high-quality staff is the main business, but also the carrier of enterprise value. To enhance their own corporate value, commercial banks should continually create value for employees, enhance employees’ sense of belonging and mission to enterprises, and give full play to their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.
