近年来,在干部档案管理中,暴露出来的问题比较明显,尤其在送学培训、工作调动和一些“跳槽”干部的档案中最为突出。主要表现有“六多”;一是调动和送学干部档案被涂改的多。通过对几个师以上单位近百名调动、送学干部档案材料的抽查,约10%的干部档案材料有涂改现象,涂改的项目以提前任职时同最为常见。营以上干部涂改年龄的较多。二是档案材料“迟到”的多。有的干部调离原单位少则半年,多则两三年了,档案材料却迟迟转送不到干
