江西省是解放将近两年的地区,经过了全省剿匪、反恶霸、减租减息结合生产救灾和实行土地改革等群众性的社会改革运动,合作社工作已获得了初步的开展。在去年全国合作会议后,更明确了合作社的方针,开始建立了合作社系统的组织机构,培养了一批干部,并在去冬今春开始了由试点进入到有重点地整理和建社工作,解决了群众部分的供销问题,也获得了一些经验与成绩。为了发展城乡物资交流,大力推销土产,促进工农业生产的恢复与发展,合作社的发展已成了当前一项重要的工作。但是江西省合作社的发展中还存在着很多问题尚没完全得到解决。如各级领导机构还没有建立,有的对基层合作社的领导不能起到应有作用。对土产购销工作普遍认识不够,全省第一季度购销土产不过四十多亿元,而县合作总社以上单位的资金即有一百六十多亿,大部资金没有用到土产贸易上去。经营方面一般也无计划,上下级合作社之间计较利润,也影响了土产的推销。为了使合作工作迅速发展,我认为以下几个问题必须得到解决:

However, there are still many problems in the development of Jiangxi’s cooperatives that have not yet been completely solved. If the leading bodies at all levels have not yet been established, some can not play their due role in the leadership of grassroots cooperatives. Generally, the purchase and sale of indigenous products in the first quarter of the province are not more than 4 billion yuan. However, the funds of the units above the county cooperative headquarters are over 16 billion, and most of the funds are not used for the trade in indigenous products. In general, there is no plan for the operation. The profit-making among higher and lower cooperatives also affects the marketing of indigenous products. In order for the cooperation to develop rapidly, I think the following issues must be resolved:
