三苯氧胺(TMX)是一抗雌激素药,广泛用于治疗乳腺癌。但最近有人报道,用该药治疗的妇女中子宫内膜癌发病率增加,其机制可能是该药在生殖系统的雌激素作用引起的。为测定TMX是否调节子宫内膜类固醇受体和生长调节基因,以探讨TMX诱导增生的机制,选择39例子宫内膜组织(活检18例,子宫切除术21例)。20例标本取自用TMX治疗至少6个月(20mg/d)的绝经后乳腺癌患者,其中2例取自子宫内膜肾上腺癌患者。5例分泌期、3例增生期、7例萎缩性子宫内膜和4例子宫内膜肾上腺癌标本作为对照组。用免疫组化技术处理所有标本。用数字图像技术测定类固
Tamoxifen (TMX) is an antiestrogen that is widely used in the treatment of breast cancer. However, it has recently been reported that the treatment of women with this drug increased the incidence of endometrial cancer, the mechanism may be caused by the estrogen in the reproductive system of the drug. To determine whether TMX regulates endometrial steroid receptors and growth regulators, we investigated the mechanism of TMX-induced hyperplasia in 39 endometrial tissues (biopsy in 18 and hysterectomy in 21). Twenty specimens were obtained from patients with postmenopausal breast cancer treated with TMX for at least 6 months (20 mg / d), two of whom were taken from patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma. 5 cases of secretory phase, 3 cases of proliferative phase, 7 cases of atrophic endometrium and 4 cases of endometrial cancer specimens as a control group.
