创伤性睾丸脱位为泌尿外科急症,延误治疗可造成睾丸萎缩,甚至癌变。早期诊断,及时手术是治疗关键。1995年3月—2004年3月我院共诊治创伤性睾丸脱位9例,报告如下。1临床资料本组9例,均为单侧睾丸脱位。年龄12～46岁,平均28岁。左侧5例,右侧4例。发病至就诊时间3～10h。致伤原因:
