养护环境是影响混凝土性能的主要因素之一,主要研究养护温度的变动对混凝土抗压强度等级的影响,通过设计7组混凝土配合比试验,以研究养护温度在水胶比、粉煤灰掺量等多因素情况下对混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果表明,温度较小范围的变动会引起混凝土抗压强度较大的偏差,特别是前28天的抗压强度;在水胶比变化、粉煤灰掺量增减时,温度的浮动对抗压强度的影响更为复杂。因此,养护过程中温度的精准、平稳控制对混凝土抗压强度性能十分重要,否则依据28天抗压强度判定混凝土强度时极易造成强度的误判,从而对整体工程造成严重影响。
