目的:分析比较不同地区六棱菊挥发油成分。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取六棱菊挥发油,用气相-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对挥发油成分进行分析,并通过峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:其中南宁六棱菊鉴定出42种化合物,并确定了其相对含量,占总含量的87.9%以上,主要含芳杂环酸、单萜类、倍半萜类化合物。上思县六棱菊鉴定出43种化合物,并确定了其相对含量,占总含量的82.0%以上,主要含芳杂环类、酮类、单萜类,倍半萜类化合物。结论:不同地区的六棱菊挥发油化学成分有显著差异。
Objective: To analyze and compare the volatile oil components in different regions. Methods: The essential oil of Radix Ligusticum was extracted by steam distillation. The components of volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative percentages of each component were calculated by the peak area normalization method. Results: Among them, 42 compounds were identified from Nanning Liuguangju, and the relative content was determined, accounting for more than 87.9% of the total content, mainly containing aromatic heterocyclic acids, monoterpenes and sesquiterpenoids. Sixty-four compounds were identified in Shangsi County, and their relative contents were determined, accounting for over 82.0% of the total, mainly containing aromatic heterocycles, ketones, monoterpenes and sesquiterpenoids. Conclusion: There are significant differences in the chemical constituents of Volatile Oil from different regions.
