2006年,为确保我国农产品质量安全,全国人民代表大会常务委员会审议通过了《中华人民共和国农产品质量安全法》。时光荏苒,至今已是春秋五度。在这5年里,国家还出台了《食品安全法》和与之相配套的《食品安全法实施条例》、《乳品质量安全监督管理条例》等一系列法律法规,农业部及各地方人大、政府依法制定了一系列配套法规和规章,构成了我国农产品产地环境管理、生产管理、产品管理的质量安全管理法律体系,为农产品质量安全依法管理提供了法律依据及制度保障。
