本文采用造血祖细胞(CFU—GM)体外培养方法检测18例再生障碍性贫血病人及18名正常人骨髓,分别观察了T细胞、粘附细胞,病人血清在体外对粒—单系祖细胞生长的影响,实验分型为造血祖细胞减少型(61.2%);T细胞损伤型(22.2%);血清抑制型(11.1%);T细胞/血清抑制混合型(5.6%)。对研究再障发病机理和拟定治疗方案有较大意义。
In this study, bone marrow of 18 patients with aplastic anemia and 18 normal individuals were detected by CFU-GM in vitro. T cells, adherent cells and serum of patients were observed in vitro for granulocyte-monocyte progenitor cell growth (61.2%); T cell injury type (22.2%); serum inhibition type (11.1%); T cell / serum suppression mixed type (5.6%). Research on the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia and proposed treatment programs have great significance.
