本文介绍宽带体波声光调制器(时间调制)和光束偏转器(空间调制)的设计和制造。当给定调制带宽、通过效率和可分辨单元数等技术要求后,能系统地获得最优化器件的参数。利用计算机模拟程序,可使换能器带宽和阻抗匹配达到最优化。最后还介绍根据特性要求和传播损耗来选择材料的标准,同时还讨论高性能器件制作的实际方法和具体器件的参数。
This article describes the design and manufacture of wideband body-wave acousto-optic modulators (time modulation) and beam deflectors (spatial modulation). When given the modulation bandwidth, through the efficiency and resolution of the number of units and other technical requirements, the system can be optimized to optimize the parameters of the device. Using a computer simulation program, transducer bandwidth and impedance matching are optimized. Finally, the criteria for selecting materials based on characterization requirements and propagation loss are also introduced, as well as practical methods and device-specific parameters for high-performance device fabrication.
