采用5个不育系、7个恢复系、1个保持系和3个稻瘟病新抗源品种进行不完全双列杂交,配制77个组合,连同16个亲本共93个材料。用来源于三明、龙岩和南平三个地区的6个稻瘟病菌及混合菌系进行苗期接菌,鉴定苗瘟的抗性。结果表明:不同亲本和组合的稻瘟病抗性存在显著差异,不同的稻瘟病小种的毒性也存在明显的差异。在恢复系中,蜀恢527和多系1号抗性好,而不育系中,谷丰A和乐丰A的抗性不仅亲本表现好而且配制的组合表现也很好,可用于配组、筛选抗稻瘟病强的组合。保持系福伊B和3个新抗源品种的抗性好而且组合抗性好,可用于稻瘟病抗性改良。
Incomplete diallel crosses were performed using five sterile lines, seven restorer lines, one maintainer line and three new blast resistant varieties, and 77 combinations were prepared with 93 materials from 16 parents. Six M. grisea and mixed strains from Sanming, Longyan and Nanping were used for inoculation at seedling stage to identify the resistance of seedling blast. The results showed that there were significant differences in the resistance of rice blast between different parents and combinations, and there were also significant differences in the toxicity of different rice blast isolates. In the restorer line, Shuhui 527 and Duoyuyi 1 had good resistance. However, the resistance of Gufeng A and Lefeng A was not only good to the parents but also to the combination prepared in the sterile lines, , Screening strong combination of blast resistance. The maintainer line Foyi B and 3 new resistant varieties had good resistance and good combinatorial resistance, which could be used for rice blast resistance improvement.
