以4份叶用莴苣栽培品种为材料,比较了激素组合、AgNO3及其浓度和不同外植体切段对不定芽形成的影响。结果表明,在本实验条件下ZT1mg/L和IAA1mg/L组合的出芽外植体百分率最高,平均为20.14%;培养基中添加AgNO3可明显提高植株再生频率,增加每个外植体的丛生芽数目,浓度以5mg/L为最好,具芽外植体百分率平均为44.90%;真叶的培养效果好于子叶,真叶柄的培养效果优于真叶其它部位,以真叶柄为外植体,在添加AgNO35mm/L和CH1000mg/L的培养基上获得了98.00%以上的出芽外植体百分率。
Four cultivars of leaf lettuce were used as materials to compare the effects of hormone combinations, AgNO3 and their concentrations and the different explants on the formation of adventitious buds.
