本文以企业人力资本经营为研究命题,通过系统思维,借鉴人力资本理论、企业管理理论、人力资源管理理论等相关理论研究成果,从企业层面出发,借助微观经济学手段,探索人力资本经营的系统原理,构建人力资本经营的系统框架,提出企业人力资本经营闭环管理的概念,为企业进行人力资本经营提供理论和实践依据。
Based on the research of human capital theory, theory of enterprise management and theory of human resource management and other related theoretical research, this paper takes the enterprise human capital management as the proposition of research. By means of microeconomics, this paper explores the system of human capital management Principle, build a system framework of human capital management, put forward the concept of closed-loop management of human capital management, and provide theoretical and practical basis for the human capital management.
