钛与钢的熔焊是目前国际上尚未解决的焊接难题。本文从分析这两种金属熔焊接头脆断机理入手,经大量试验研究,提出了用铌与铜作中间填料,辅之合理的焊接工艺,成功地解决了钛与钢的焊接。 本文亦提出了钛-钢复合板的焊接接头型式及其焊接工艺。这种焊接工艺已应用于制盐及化工产品结构制造中。
Welding of titanium and steel is the current international unsolved welding problems. Based on the analysis of the brittle fracture mechanism of the two kinds of metal welded joints, a large number of experimental studies have been made to solve the welding of titanium and steel by using niobium and copper as the intermediate filler and a proper welding process. This paper also proposed the titanium-steel composite plate welding joint type and its welding process. This welding process has been used in the manufacture of salt and chemical product structure.
