作为戏剧表演教学的最后一个阶段,剧目排演教学的作用是不言而喻的,它是学生从演技学习向角色创造的过渡,也是戏剧院校检验教学水平、展示教学成果的平台。选择大戏时指导教师要深思熟虑、“量体裁衣”。要根据自身的表演教学功力,考虑学生个体的创作实力与创作潜能,还要考虑班级的结构情况,综合各种因素,选择出自己熟悉、力所能及同时又能使学生得到最大程度锻炼的剧目。大戏排演过程中,指导教师要处理好三个关系:一是导演排练与教学排练之间的关系,二是导演方法与教学方法的关系,三是教学效果与演出效果的关系。
As the last stage of theatrical performance teaching, the role of rehearsal teaching is self-evident. It is a transition of students from acting learning to role creation, as well as a platform for theater colleges to test teaching level and display teaching achievements. When choosing a director, teachers should be well thought out, “tailored ”. According to their performance teaching skill, consider individual creative ability and creative potential, but also consider the structure of the class, a combination of various factors, choose out of their own familiarity, ability and at the same time enable students to exercise the repertoire to the maximum extent possible. During the rehearsal of the drama, the instructor should handle three relationships: one is the relationship between director rehearsal and teaching rehearsal, the other is the relationship between director’s method and teaching method, and the third is the relationship between teaching effect and performance effect.
