本文介绍了大功率行星减速器结构参数优化设计的方法,并通对NGW153型减速器的实例计算证明:在减速器外形尺寸不变的情况下,可比原方案提高承载能力25％。
In this paper, the method to optimize the structural parameters of high-power planetary reducer is introduced. The calculation of NGW153 reducer is proved by the example that it can increase the carrying capacity by 25% compared with the original case with the reducer dimension unchanged.
