就地热再生技术由于其无法比拟的优势在近年来得到了越来越广泛的应用,但是每年它每年的完成率只有八成左右。本文将路面性能、经济、环境和社会四个方面作为出发点对就地热再生项目展开分析和评价。本文依靠于AHPSA-FCE评价模型,ASF评价模型是将层次分析法(AHP)、成功度评价法(SA)和多层次模糊综合评判法(FCE)结合在一起,取长补短而成的一种评价方法,它的理论基础是将模糊数学应用于系统评价,并且实现将评价对象从定性到定量的分析过程。根据AHP-SA-FCE模型进行计算,得出就地热再生项目模糊综合评判结果为B=(0.2941,0.2838,0.1616,0.0354)。评价结果中在“完全成功”范围内的比例为0.2941,在“较成功”范围内的比例为0.2838,两部分加起来的总数为0.5779,可见该就地热再生项目完成的很成功。
In-situ thermal regeneration technology has been more and more widely used in recent years due to its unparalleled advantages, but it achieves an annual completion rate of only about 80% every year. In this paper, the pavement performance, economy, environment and society as the starting point of four aspects of on-site analysis and evaluation of thermal regeneration projects. This paper relies on AHPSA-FCE evaluation model. ASF evaluation model is an evaluation method combining AHP, SA and FCE , Its theoretical basis is to apply fuzzy mathematics to systematic evaluation, and to achieve the object of evaluation from qualitative to quantitative analysis process. According to the AHP-SA-FCE model, it is concluded that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result of the hot reclamation project is B = (0.2941,0.2838,0.1616,0.0354). The result of the evaluation was “0.2941” within the range of “Succeeded”, 0.2838 within the range of “Succeeding” and 0.5779 with the two parts added together, showing that the on-site thermal regeneration project has been very successful .
