目的:探讨经尿道丝裂霉素C(MMC)膀胱粘膜下注射并行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电气化术(TVBt)治疗浅表性膀胱癌的疗效。方法:自制经尿道膀胱注射针注射MMC并行TVBt治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者30例,术后留置尿管48 h。结果:随访24个月,复发4例(13.3％)。结论:经尿道MMC粘膜下注射并行TVBt具有操作简便、止血彻底、复发率低等优点。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of transurethral mitomycin C (MMC) bladder submucosal injection combined with transurethral bladder tumor electrification (TVBt) in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer. Methods: Thirty patients with superficial bladder tumor were treated with transurethral bladder injection of MMC and TVBt. The catheter was placed for 48 hours after operation. Results: Follow-up 24 months, 4 cases (13.3%) were recurrent. Conclusion: Transurethral MMC submucosal injections with parallel TVBt has the advantages of simple operation, thorough hemostasis and low recurrence rate.
