为降低DZ4定向凝固镍基高温合金的磨削温度,防止磨削烧伤,本文在通过实验方法建立 DZ4合金磨削加工时磨削比能与弧区热流密度计算公式的基础上,利用基于遗传算法的多目标约束优化方法,对磨削 DZ4合金时的砂轮形貌与磨削工艺参数进行了优化设计,为这些参数的合理选择提供了理论依据。
