目的:为酸枣仁与其非正品及伪制品的专属性鉴别提供依据。方法:利用性状鉴别、显微鉴别方法对酸枣仁与其非正品、伪制品进行鉴别。结果:性状鉴别中,枳椇子略小且种皮坚硬,不易破碎;理枣仁及酸枣仁伪制品平坦的一面无纵线纹;剥去外皮后,酸枣仁为黄白色,而其伪制品为桃红色;三者在颜色方面有明显差异。显微鉴别中,酸枣仁子叶表皮细胞含草酸钙结晶,且油滴较少;理枣仁与酸枣仁伪制品的胚乳及子叶细胞均无草酸钙结晶,且油滴众多;枳椇子的种皮栅状细胞比前三者明显较大,其外胚乳细胞含簇晶、方晶,子叶细胞含簇晶。结论:为酸枣仁与其非正品及伪制品的的专属性鉴别提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To provide evidence for the identification of wild jujube and its non-genuine and counterfeit products. Methods: The characters of Zizyphus jujuba and its non-genuine and counterfeit products were identified by traits identification and microscopic identification. Results: In the character identification, Hovenia dulcis Thunb was slightly smaller and the seed coat was hard and not easy to be broken. There was no longitudinal line on the flat side of Zizyphi jujuba and Zizyphus jelly. After the skin was stripped, the Zizyphus jujuba was yellow-white, Pink; the three have significant differences in color. In the microscopic identification, the epidermal cells of the wild jujube seedling contain calcium oxalate crystals, and the oil droplets are few. The endosperm and cotyledon cells of the jujube kernels and the wild jujube kernels have no calcium oxalate crystals and many oil droplets. Plexiform cells were significantly larger than the first three, and its endosperm cells containing clusters, square, cotyledon cells containing clusters. Conclusion: It provides the basis for the identification of wild jujube and its non-genuine and counterfeit products.
