目的:研究马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea L.)中的生物碱类化学成分。方法:采用薄层色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、葡聚糖柱色谱等技术进行分离纯化,根据超高效液相色谱、核磁共振和高分辨质谱等相关技术进行结构鉴定。结果:1D NMR,2D NMR及HR-ESI-TOF-MS检测结果与有关文献对照,确定所得化合物为β-咔啉。结论:本实验首次在马齿苋中分离得到单体生物碱β-咔啉,纯度经超高效液相色谱法测定达98%以上。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of alkaloids in Portulaca oleracea L. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by thin layer chromatography, polyamide column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and dextran column chromatography. Their structures were identified by high performance liquid chromatography, nuclear magnetic resonance and high resolution mass spectrometry. Results: The results of 1D NMR, 2D NMR and HR-ESI-TOF-MS were compared with those of the related literatures to confirm that the obtained compound was β-carboline. Conclusion: This experiment was the first time in the purslane isolated monomeric alkaloids β-carboline purity of up to 98% by ultra performance liquid chromatography.
