目的:研究细胞因子信号转导抑制因子-3(SOCS-3)蛋白在小儿肾母细胞瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法:应用组织微阵列技术结合免疫组化SP法检测58例肾母细胞瘤标本和17例瘤旁对照组织中的SOCS-3的表达状况,并分析其临床病理意义。结果:肾母细胞瘤组织中仅14例SOCS-3呈弱阳性表达,表达率为24.1%(14/58);17例瘤旁组织中SOCS-3蛋白阳性表达率为88.2%(15/17),差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。SOCS-3在肾母细胞瘤组织的表达随着肿瘤的临床分期增加而降低(P<0.05),与肾母细胞瘤的临床分期呈负相关,P<0.01;在组织结构良好型与组织结构不良型SOCS-3蛋白表达(47.6%、10.8%)间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:SOCS-3的表达下降可能与肾母细胞瘤的发生发展密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of SOCS-3 protein in pediatric nephroblastoma tissue. Methods: The expression of SOCS-3 in 58 specimens of nephroblastoma and 17 specimens of peritumoral neoplasia was detected by tissue microarray combined with immunohistochemical SP method. The clinicopathological significance was also analyzed. Results: Only 14 cases of nephroblastoma showed mild positive expression of SOCS-3, the positive rate was 24.1% (14/58). The positive rate of SOCS-3 protein in 17 cases was 88.2% (15/17 ), The difference was statistically significant, P <0.01. The expression of SOCS-3 in nephroblastoma was decreased with the increase of clinical stage (P <0.05), but negatively correlated with the clinical stage of nephroblastoma (P <0.01). In the tissue with good histological There was a significant difference between poor-type SOCS-3 protein expression (47.6%, 10.8%), P <0.05. Conclusion: The decreased expression of SOCS-3 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of nephroblastoma.
