为改善乌鲁木齐地区覆膜条件下蒸养混凝土构件基本力学性能,设计4组C30等级的混凝土配合比,制作试块在覆膜条件下蒸汽养护,以各龄期的抗压强度和劈拉强度为参考指标,确定适宜当地骨料的最优配合比;分别掺入不同比例的聚羧酸减水剂与FDN减水剂,制作试块测试各龄期抗压与劈拉强度,确定2种减水剂的的最优掺量。结果表明:选用水灰比0.51时,配制的C30混凝土拌合物的和易性和试块的强度较好;相对于C30蒸养混凝土,聚羧酸减水剂的最优掺量为0.4%,FDN减水剂的最优掺量为1.1%;当同为最优掺量时,添加FDN减水剂比聚羧酸减水剂对改善蒸养C30混凝土力学性能更有优势。
