过滤材料一直是困扰食品工业多年的难题。金属橡胶是一种均质弹性的多孔功能材料,本身所具有的许多固有特性决定了其应用于过滤领域的合理性和优越性。本文基于弹性多孔金属橡胶材料的内部组织结构特点,分析了金属橡胶在食品过滤方面的应用;对不同制作工艺的金属橡胶元件进行了过滤性能试验研究,测试了液体过滤前后的污染度等级,并分析了金属丝直径、孔隙度和试件长度对过滤性能的影响。结果表明:金属橡胶材料对污染程度较严重的液体具有明显的过滤效果,增加试件长度或降低试件孔隙度能够有效提高过滤效果。
Filtering materials have been a problem that has plagued the food industry for many years. Metal rubber is a homogeneous and flexible porous functional material, and many inherent properties of metal rubber determine its rationality and superiority in filtration field. In this paper, the application of metal rubber in food filtration was analyzed based on the internal structure of elastic porous metal-rubber materials. The filtration performance of metal rubber components with different manufacturing processes was tested and the pollution degree before and after liquid filtration was tested. The effects of wire diameter, porosity and specimen length on the filtration performance were analyzed. The results show that the metal rubber material has a significant filtration effect on the liquid with more serious pollution degree. Increasing the length of the specimen or reducing the porosity of the specimen can effectively improve the filtration effect.
