Real assets trading business is an important business area of property rights trading. With the Chinese Association of State-owned Property Exchange Institutions, the Rules Governing the Transaction of Physical Assets of State-owned Assets and Equity Exchange Institutions of Chinese Enterprises (Trial) (CSIP [2013] No. 19) and the SASAC’s "Procedures for Entry and Deacons in Assets Transfer of Central Enterprises Issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (No. 78 [2013] of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council), the number of transactions in physical assets has risen sharply, playing an active role in activating assets, optimizing allocation of industries, and promoting industrial restructuring and transformation and upgrading. At present, the downward pressure on the real economy is still great and the enterprises are realized
