目的:探讨糖尿病微血管病变中血浆内皮素(ET),降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量变化及意义。方法:采用放免法测定正常对照组47例,糖尿病性肾病29例,糖尿病性视网膜病变20例血浆ET,CGRP水平。结果:正常对照组ET(51.19±16.75)ng/L,CGRP(36.89±17.3)ng/L,糖尿病性肾病组ET(80.86±32.05)ng/L,CGRP(87.55±41.66)ng/L,其中早期肾病组ET(78.94±32.7)ng/L,CGRP(90.56±40.66)ng/L,临床肾病组ET(91.53±31.65)ng/L,CGRP(115.30±59.8)ng/L,糖尿病性视网膜病变组ET(71.77±34.5)ng/L,CGRP(88.89±42.36)ng/L,其中,单纯型视网膜病变组ET(78.46±36.5)ng/L,CGRP(80.8±39.04)ng/L,增殖型组ET(70.4±43.5)ng/L,CGRP(89.2±56.7)ng/L。糖尿病性肾病组,视网膜病变组ET,CGRP均高于正常对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。各糖尿病性微血管病变组之间相比无显著性差异。结论:糖尿病性微血管病变组中常见的糖尿病性肾病,视网膜病变ET升高,同时CGRP也代偿性升高。ET升高与血管病变有关,而与血管病变所发生的脏器无关。探讨ET,CGRP在糖尿病性微血管病变中的变化及意义,寻找降低ET的因素,对防治糖尿病性微血管病变有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in diabetic microangiopathy. Methods: 47 cases of normal control group, 29 cases of diabetic nephropathy, 20 cases of diabetic retinopathy and plasma ET, CGRP levels were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: Compared with control group, ET (51.19 ± 16.75) ng / L, CGRP (36.89 ± 17.3) ng / L, 80.86 ± 32.05 ng / L and 87.55 ± 41.66 ng / L in diabetic nephropathy group The levels of ET (78.94 ± 32.7) ng / L, CGRP (90.56 ± 40.66) ng / L, ET (91.53 ± 31.65) ng / L and CGRP (115.30 ± 59.8) ng / The levels of ET (71.77 ± 34.5) ng / L and CGRP (88.89 ± 42.36) ng / L were significantly higher in patients with simple retinopathy (78.46 ± 36.5 ng / L, 80.8 ± 39.04 ng / ET (70.4 ± 43.5) ng / L, CGRP (89.2 ± 56.7) ng / L. The levels of ET and CGRP in diabetic nephropathy group and retinopathy group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the groups of diabetic microangiopathy. Conclusion: Diabetic microangiopathy group common diabetic nephropathy, retinopathy of ET increased, while CGRP also compensatory increase. Elevated ET is associated with vascular disease, but not with organs that occur in vascular disease. To investigate the changes and significance of ET and CGRP in diabetic microangiopathy and to find out the factors to reduce ET, it is of great significance to prevent and treat diabetic microangiopathy.
