针对ZA型汽车同步带建立了汽车同步带传动系统的有限元分析模型,采用有限元方法分析了汽车同步带的固频特性和在啮合冲击激励作用下的动态响应。并以动态响应结果作为边界条件,基于直接边界元法建立了汽车同步带传动系统的声学边界元分析模型,分析了啮合激励频率对同步带表面声压及场点辐射噪声的影响规律。并采用两轮无负载试验方式对同步带传动系统进行了噪声测试,比较辐射噪声的测试结果与数值仿真结果,验证了仿真计算方法的准确性与可行性。
A finite element model of a car timing belt transmission system is established for the ZA type car timing belt. The solid frequency characteristics of the car timing belt and the dynamic response of the belt are analyzed by the finite element method. Based on the direct boundary element method, the acoustic boundary element analysis model of automotive timing belt transmission system is established based on the dynamic response results. The influence of meshing excitation frequency on the belt surface acoustic pressure and field radiation noise is analyzed. Two no-load tests were carried out to test the noise of the belt drive system. The test results and the numerical simulation results of the radiated noise were compared to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the simulation method.
