国内房地产业的发展基本是在依赖国内银行金融支持的基础上形成的,这就容易让国内房地产业完全把投资风险与融资风险都集中到国内商业银行身上。在这种情况下,不仅加大商业银行经营困难与风险,也使国内商业银行所面临的潜在的金融危机越来大。
