针对特殊环境的切割要求,提出并研究试验了一种采用烟火药作为能源的燃烧型切割弹。燃烧型切割弹中切割剂由高热剂、造渣剂、合金剂、造气剂等组成,其中高热剂对切割弹性能影响尤为重要。通过无机热力学分析和计算,确定了高热剂成分并分析了不同高热剂配系对切割性能的影响。高热剂选用CuO+Al系和Fe2O3+Al系的混合物,当CuO+Al系占高热剂质量分数在13.6%~22.8%之间时,切割弹切割40 mm×70 mm×10 mm的Q235钢板的喷射时间、打孔深度、口径和锥度效果最好。
According to the cutting requirements of special environment, a kind of combustion-type cutting bomb using pyrotechnics as energy source was proposed and researched and researched.
