目的探讨腔内心电图(EKG)引导下经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)尖端定位方法在临床的应用效果。方法 2014年1月-9月将260例PICC置管的肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各130例。观察组患者应用EKG即时定位技术引导导管尖端定位,对照组应用体表定位方法定位,两组患者均在置管后行胸部X线检查,比较两组导管到位率。结果观察组导管尖端到位率为98.46%,对照组为89.23%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔内心电图引导下行PICC置管尖端定位法能提高导管尖端到位率。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of the method of tip localization by central venous catheter (PICC) guided by endocardial electrocardiogram (EKG). Methods Between January 2014 and September 2014, 260 patients with PICC were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 130 cases in each group. In the observation group, the EKG real-time positioning technique was used to guide the catheter tip localization. The control group was positioned with the method of body surface mapping. Both groups underwent chest X-ray examination after catheterization, and the catheterization rate was compared between the two groups. Results The rate of catheter tip insertion in the observation group was 98.46% and that in the control group was 89.23%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Intracardiac electrocardiography guided PICC catheter tip positioning method can improve the catheter tip insertion rate.
