在首钢氧气压送系统建设和供氧技术的发展中 ,以节能和降低放散率为关键 ,就如何提高氧气贮罐压力和氧气压缩机出口压力 ;氧气压力输送的节能措施及管系联网 ;增设冷箱内液氧汽化器以改进氧压机 ;液氧系统的建立及冷备用的实现以及炼铁用氧和炼钢用氧的综合利用等方面进行了较详细的论述。同时阐述了引进技术中关键问题的解决 ,对今后的发展提出了建议
In Shougang oxygen pressure transmission system construction and oxygen technology development, energy saving and lower emission rate as the key to how to improve oxygen tank pressure and oxygen compressor outlet pressure; oxygen pressure transmission of energy-saving measures and pipe network; additional Liquid oxygen vaporizer in cold box to improve the oxygen compressor; the establishment of liquid oxygen system and the realization of cold standby and the comprehensive utilization of oxygen and steel making oxygen in ironmaking are discussed in more detail. At the same time, it explains the solution of the key problems in the introduction technology and gives some suggestions for the future development
