GRC外墙装饰板及其工业化生产是急待解决的制造与应用技术问题。通过“九五”攻关项目-2000年小康城乡住宅科技产业工程中的“住宅用GRC外装饰系列产品研制与应用”专题的研究，使该方面研究、开发工作取得了较大进展。本文介绍用传送带式一次连续布浆、真空脱水与辊压辊压密实制坯，然后用压花辊实现压花处理制造GRC外装饰板的研制情况，阐述该新工艺与制品工艺原理与材性。
GRC exterior decorative panels and its industrial production is an urgent need to solve the manufacturing and application of technical issues. Through the “Ninth Five-Year” research project - 2000, urban and rural residential technology projects in residential “Residential GRC decorative series of products developed and applied” topic of research, so that research and development work has made great progress. This article describes the use of a continuous belt conveyor cloth, vacuum dewatering and roll compacting compaction blank, and then use embossing embossing GRC decorative outer panel to create the situation, elaborated on the new process and product technology principles and materials .
