对300个冬小麦常用亲本和它们的部分F1后代花药培养力的研究表明,愈伤组织诱导率和绿苗分化率都是可遗传性状。它们受不同的遗传基因控制,具有各自的遗传特性。杂种1代的愈伤组织诱导率具有明显的加性效应和杂种优势,而绿苗分化率则介于双亲之间。花培后代再进行花培的花药培养力明显高于一般常用亲本。花药培养力受环境影响很大,生长在正常大田环境下的植株其愈伤组织诱导率明显高于生长在温室条件下的植株。筛选出京花1号、NS2625、813①-21-2-3等几个花药培养力较好的材料,可在花培育种中作为桥梁品种应用。
Studies on the anther culture ability of 300 winter wheat parents and their F1 progenies showed that callus induction rate and green plantlet differentiation rate were heritable traits. They are controlled by different genes and have their own genetic characteristics. The callus induction rate of hybrid F1 generation had obvious additive effect and heterosis, but the differentiation rate of green plantlet was between parents. Anther culture of anther culture was significantly higher than that of common parents. Anther culture ability was greatly affected by the environment. The callus induction rate of plants grown under normal field environment was significantly higher than that of plants grown under greenhouse conditions. Some materials with better culture ability of anther, such as Jinghua 1, NS2625, 813①-21-2-3, were selected and could be used as bridge varieties in flower-breeding.
