Our company has developed a three-phase synchronous motor with a capacity of 13500 kW. The rotor of the motor adopts a salient pole structure. The amount of air gap between the stator rotors is not uniform. The rotor outer diameter is 1172 mm and the pole radius is R5 48 mm. Uniform increments between 0 ~ 6mm. We combine the structural characteristics of the rotor designed special turning tools. Shown in Figure 1, the entire tooling mainly by the stem 1,
