作为预防医学的重要组成部分,营养与食品卫生学专业英语教学对于培养优秀的专业人才至关重要,对将来我国营养与食品卫生事业的发展和创新也有重要的意义。根据营养与食品卫生学专业英语的特点,在教材和教学内容选择、教学方法的改进和学生学习兴趣、专业英语综合运用能力的培养等方面进行了深入的思考和探索。为将来开展营养与食品卫生学专业英语教学创新提供了理论依据。
As an important part of preventive medicine, nutrition and food hygiene professional English teaching is crucial for the cultivation of outstanding professionals, and is also of great significance to the future development and innovation of nutrition and food hygiene in our country. According to the specialty of Nutrition and Food Hygiene Specialty English, we made in-depth thinking and exploration on the selection of teaching materials and teaching contents, improvement of teaching methods and students’ interest in learning, and the cultivation of professional English comprehensive utilization ability. It provides a theoretical basis for the future innovation of English teaching in nutrition and food hygiene.
