目的:观察参附注射液对癌性恶液质小鼠恶液质状态的影响,探讨参附注射液治疗癌性恶液质的作用机制。方法:建立C57小鼠癌性恶液质模型,观察参附注射液对恶液质小鼠的一般状况,如体质量、摄食量、饮水量的影响;观察与癌性恶液质发生、发展相关的血清细胞因子(TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6)的水平变化。结果:参附注射液能明显增加癌性恶液质小鼠摄食量及饮水量,抑制体质量下降(P<0.05),显著降低血清细胞因子(TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6)水平(P<0.05),与甲羟孕酮相比无显著性差异。结论:参附注射液对小鼠的癌性恶液质有明显的改善作用,其作用机制可能与其调节TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6等细胞因子有关,其确切机制有待进一步研究。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenfu Injection on the state of cortisol in malignant cancerous liquic mice, and to explore the mechanism of Shenfu Injection in treating cancerous coccyx. Methods: The model of carcinogenesis of C57 mice was established. The effects of Shenfu injection on the general condition of catecholamines such as body weight, food intake and water intake were observed. The incidence and development of cancerous cachexia Related serum cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6) levels. Results: Shenfu injection can significantly increase food intake and water intake, inhibit body weight decline (P <0.05), and significantly decrease serum levels of cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6) Level (P <0.05), no significant difference compared with medroxyprogesterone. Conclusion: Shenfu injection can significantly improve the cancerous and cacao liquid in mice. Its mechanism may be related to the regulation of cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6. The exact mechanism remains to be further studied.
