燃烧——碘量法测定硫是一个操作简单、快速的方法。我们用于高钼矿石中硫的测定,发现在高温通氧燃烧过程中,钼易挥发,分析结果不稳定。为此,我们试验了用氧化铜和氧化锌作助熔剂,改善了燃烧条件后硫的测定结果与硫酸钡重量法的结果一致。经实验确定燃烧条件为:通氧流量1.1升/分;温度1250℃;加氧化铜、氧化锌混合(2:1)助熔剂0.1克;预热时间半分钟。试剂: 1.混合助熔剂:按二与一之比称取适
Combustion - The iodometric method for the determination of sulfur is a simple, fast method. We used the determination of sulfur in high-molybdenum ore and found that molybdenum is volatile and the analysis result is unstable during high-temperature oxygen combustion. To this end, we tested the use of copper oxide and zinc oxide as a flux to improve the combustion conditions after the determination of sulfur and barium sulfate gravimetric results. The combustion conditions were determined experimentally: oxygen flow 1.1 liters / min; temperature 1250 ℃; plus copper oxide, zinc oxide mixed (2: 1) flux 0.1 g; warm-up time of half a minute.
