国营农场和集体农庄果树蔬菜葡萄的生产及其加工和贮藏作业的一体化,在执行国家食品计划中具有极大的意义。克里木农业科学研究所葡萄栽培研究室在很多地方就葡萄产地保鲜技术进行了科学研究,不仅研究了普通的冷库贮藏,而且着重研究了气调环境。考查的目的是寻找适宜的品种和适宜的气调环境参数。试验在摩尔达维亚共和国和乌克兰共和国克里木省的《科克切别利》国营农场附属工厂两地同时进行。在克里木省供试葡萄品种有全苏作物栽培研究所早熟种、基里瓦巴德鲜食用种、切尔巴什、沙巴什、里查哈、哈兰、阿斯玛、意大利、汉堡姆斯卡特、在摩尔达维亚供试品种有,汉堡姆斯卡特、康尔娜、年格埃、阿列帕和沙斯拉,
The integration of the production of state-owned farms and fruit trees, vegetables and grapes in collective farms and their processing and storage operations is of great significance in the implementation of the national food plan. Viticulture Research Office of Krimus Institute of Agricultural Sciences has carried out scientific research on preservation technology of grape origin in many places, not only studied ordinary cold storage, but also focused on the atmosphere. The purpose of examination is to find suitable varieties and suitable parameters of the atmosphere. The tests were carried out simultaneously in the “Kokcabelli” State Farm affiliated factory in the Republic of Moldavia and in the Crimean province of the Republic of Ukraine.
