通过对120 例正常成年国人眼球突出度的CT测量,建立正常值范围。所有病例均以OM 基线进行轴状位3 m m 薄层扫描。选择眼球最大径层面,在该层面做两侧眶外侧缘骨壁前端连线,测量角膜前缘顶点到该连线的垂直距离。同时观察50例Graves眼病的眼球突出程度。结果显示:角膜前缘顶点到两侧眼眶外缘连线的垂直距离平均值124 m m ,正常值范围为99~14.9 m m 。根据50 例Graves眼病患者眼球突出程度,把眼球突出划分为Ⅰ度和Ⅱ度
