本文主要介绍了连续油管作业机在青海油田红柳平1井的水平井段射孔技术。利用连续油管作业机的电子精确定位仪表,对该井使用过Φ73mm油管技术,通过油管内进行传输射孔。采用液压丢手、万向截等重要工具,根据连续油管CT80钢质和入井工具串的特性,在红柳平1井首次成功应用此工艺,这标志着连续油管射孔工艺迈向新的台阶,此技术的革新为今后连续油管奠定了新的思路和方向。
This paper mainly introduces the perforation technology of coiled tubing machine in the horizontal section of Hongliuping-1 well in Qinghai Oilfield. The use of coiled tubing machine electronic precision positioning instruments, the wells used Φ73mm tubing technology, transmission through the tubing perforation. According to the characteristics of coiled tubing CT80 steel and tool string, the first successful application of this technology in Hongliuping 1 well indicates that the coiled tubing perforating technology is moving towards a new level, This technology innovation for the future coiled tubing has laid a new way of thinking and direction.
