目的:研究不同撞击参数与下颌骨应力分布间的数量关系.方法:利用有限元法对下颌骨各结构进行不同撞击参数下的受力分析;应用多元回归方法,对影响应力分布的撞击速度、撞击质量、撞击部位三种撞击参数进行统计分析.结果:总体上讲.在影响下颌骨受力的撞击参数中,撞击速度的作用最显著,其次为撞击质量和撞击部位其中颏部、下颌角、髁状突等结构的应力水平受撞击部位的影响较大.结论:对下颌骨在撞击作用下的受力情况进行多元回归分析,可以定性和定量反映各参数对应力贡献的大小,为下颌骨损伤评判提供参考依据.
Objective: To study the relationship between different impact parameters and mandibular stress distribution. Methods: The mandibular structures under different impact parameters were analyzed by finite element method. The multiple regression methods were used to analyze the impact velocity, the impact mass and the impacts of impacting points on the stress distribution. Results: Overall. Among the impact parameters that affect the mandibular force, the impact velocity is the most significant, followed by the impact quality and impact site where the stress level of the chin, mandibular angle, condyle and other structures are greatly affected by the impact site. CONCLUSION: Multiple regression analysis of mandibular force under impact can qualitatively and quantitatively reflect the contribution of each parameter to the stress, and provide a reference for the evaluation of mandibular injuries.
